About This Project

After initially being approached by a local engineer to estimate structural improvements to this property, the owner of the property eventually commissioned MW Benney to complete all of their re-furbishments throughout the entire property including; New dressing room which was engineered from the new garage extension. Ensuite ‘Jack and Gill’ guest bathroom. Load bearing walls were removed to provide an open plan ground floor and new kitchen area. Velux window installation providing breath taking and extensive views across Torbay. All of the works listed above were completed with the minimum of disruption whist the occupants lived and remained within the property.
